Back from GDC

I was lucky enough to GDC down in San Francisco. It was a much needed vacation after working long hours for the last few months.
Travelling with my friends Lance and Taylor helped make the long drive from Portland, OR to Fremont,CA more enjoyable. Overall I drove around 32 hours in one week.
At GDC I met some good people who I was lucky enough to discuss the future of my career and how I should approach it.
I am planning on going back next year with a complete portfolio in hand. With the long hours I have been working there has not been much time for my personal art work.
The goal is to start with one project a month and work it up to a few projects a month. This is not an impossible task and I am looking forward to the challenge and overcoming the difficulties I am sure to face.
